Acton’s Michael Miller spoke in a plenary session on the rule of law and accountable political systems at the 33rd Annual International Law and Religion Symposium, hosted by BYU’s International Center for Law and Religion Studies. The gathering brought together roughly 100 government, religious, and academic leaders from about 50 countries to explore how legal, social, and political foundations help religious freedom flourish.
