Wyatt Flicker is a Eugene duPont Scholar at the University of Delaware studying International Relations, Ancient Greek and Roman Studies, and History, with a minor in Religious Studies. His academic interests lie at the intersection of classical political thought, religion, and contemporary global affairs. He has held research and journalistic roles with the Biden Institute, the Rumi Forum, and the Institute on Religion and Democracy, and has received fellowships from the Hertog Foundation and the Fund for American Studies. Through the World Scholars Program, he has pursued international study in Rome and Athens, deepening his engagement with political philosophy and transnational issues. He hopes to pursue graduate study in classics, with a focus on Eastern Christianity in late antiquity.
