Rachael Toel joined the Acton Institute in 2016 and currently serves as the Accounting Manager. She earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University and holds the Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) designation.
Prior to joining Acton, Rachael served in the United States Marine Corps as a MAGTF Planner. Her military service included a tour as a Lioness in Ramadi, Iraq, for which she was honored with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal in recognition of outstanding performance.
Rachael and her husband met while serving on active duty and are the parents of four children. The family resides outside the city, where they have embraced a slower pace of life alongside their Great Dane, Millie.
