Juan A. Soto graduated from the University of Navarra with a B.A. degree in business administration/management and a B.A. in law, and from UNED with a B.A. degree in political science and administration. He also has a master's degree in political and legal theory from University College London and is currently doing his doctoral thesis in political science at St. Mary's University, London. In 2015 he founded Fortius Consulting, a strategic consulting firm specializing in think tanks. He teaches political theory at the University of Navarra.
