Acton Institute Names David Deavel of the University of St. Thomas the 2013 Novak Award Winner

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., March 1, 2013 – Although he has only recently obtained his doctorate, David Paul Deavel’s work is already marking him as one of the leading American scholars researching questions of religion and liberty.
