David VanDyke grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is a student at Taylor University majoring in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) with Finance and Entrepreneurship minors. Involved with student leadership, he is an elected member of Taylor University's Student Senate, is the Athletics and Academics subcommittee chair, and holds a position on Taylor University's American Enterprise Institute Executive Council. Before joining the Acton Institute as an Emerging Leader, David interned with the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic based in Indianapolis.. David is looking forward to both the professional/leadership development and workplace skills that Acton will provide. Looking to the future, David is considering attending graduate school to pursue a dual JD-MBA..
