Prof. Bradley joins host Steve Malzburg on New York City radio station WOR to discuss the issue. Steve and Prof. Bradley discuss the effects of the welfare state on the black community, the efforts of Bill Cosby to promote personal and parental responsibility within the culture, and the tendency of the media to anoint certain liberal leaders as “spokesmen” for all African Americans.
