Matt Zainea is a Teaching Pastor at Blythefield Hills Baptist Church in Rockford, Michigan. Matt graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance. After working two years for a local bank he went on to earn his MBA from the University of Notre Dame. After working in Human Resources and Commercial Banking for ten years, He accepted a position at Blythefield as Pastor of College Age and Young Marrieds. Matt developed these ministries for almost ten years along with some administrative oversight responsibilities. During this time he earned his Masters in Theological Studies in Historical Theology from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary with an added emphasis in Philosophical Theology. Matt now is a Teaching Pastor at Blythfield spreading his time between preaching, teaching, writing, and developmental oversight of staff. Along with Pastoring, Matt teaches as an adjunct professor at Cornerstone University and Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. He and his wife of 23 years have six children and live in Rockford, MI.
