Intern for the Acton Web site
The Acton Institute (www.acton.org) is seeking a qualified intern or consultant to play a major role in our Acton Media and Communications operations with key responsibilities to include: assist our webmaster with the re-design of our Acton Web site and enhancement of navigation and usability; requires application of basic HTML editing skills; creation of dynamic Web pages with the PHP scripting language; application of basic database programming concepts, preferably with MySQL; and the use of graphics editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop.
Paid position
Part-time: between 20-30 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have experience suitable to deal in a multi-tasked environment to efficiently coordinate several projects; will be self-motivated and with strong problem solving ability. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
