Library/Database Internship
Library and Book Database Intern
The Acton Institute has a library of a few thousand books as well
as journals and periodicals related to issues of faith, freedom,
and free market economics. This internship will provide some great
experience to an intern that wants to:
- Get in on the ground floor of establishing a web-browser accessible
library system
- Sift through books and publications on topics related to faith
and freedom to determine:
- Political bent of the publication
- Religious bent of the publication
- Topic of the publication
- Assist in establishing a succinct cataloguing system
- Incorporate a donated library within our current system of cataloguing
